The idea behind Marabú was to create a cool place on the beach to relax, where the food is good but secondary to the atmosphere.  So someone pitched a tarp over a wood deck and this utterly simplistic approach turned out something simply fantastic. 

The food too is effortlessly presented. There’s an attractive and delicious antipasta buffet with lots of fresh vegetables, pizza and paninis, and some Italian specials. 

It seems the carefree owner doesn’t like to fuss over paperwork either.  Payment accepted in cash only.
